Relevance of the problem
Currently, the problem of prevention and correction of deviations in the health of preschool children has acquired particular relevance. This is due to the variety of childhood diseases.
One of the common diseases of our time is flat feet.
Flat feet is a deformation of the foot caused by a decrease in the height of the arch.
In preschool age, the foot is in a stage of intensive development; its formation is not yet complete, so any unfavorable external influences can lead to the occurrence of certain functional deviations.
The foot is the support and foundation of the body. Violation of this foundation necessarily affects the formation of the growing organism. Changing the shape of the foot not only causes a decrease in its functionality, but also, what is especially important, changes the position of the pelvis and spine - this negatively affects the posture and general condition of the child. Insufficient development of the muscles and ligaments of the feet does not have a favorable effect on the development of many movements; in children it leads to a decrease in motor activity and can become a serious obstacle to playing many sports. Thus, strengthening the musculoskeletal system and the foot in particular is of great importance.
Prevention of flat feet in physical education classes in preschool educational institutions
Target:
Help children develop the habit of caring for their own health
Tasks:
Strengthening the musculoskeletal system with special movements.
To prevent children's flat feet in the water part of the lesson, corrective walking on the toes, heels, outer sides of the feet, and walking along massage paths are used. In the main part of the physical education class, to increase the effectiveness of flatfoot prevention, special exercises accompanied by short rhymes are included in the complexes of general developmental exercises.

Use of non-standard equipment for the prevention of flat feet
DIY equipment for the prevention of flat feet. Photo1
It’s not at all difficult to make equipment for the prevention of flat feet with your own hands. A little imagination and the “Boa constrictor” with sewn buttons and beads not only teaches children balance and snake walking, but also perfectly massages the feet.

Consultation for parents
Say "No!" flat feet
“Flat feet are not scary, you don’t die from it” - this is how people who “don’t care about it” sometimes motivate people to ignore the symptoms of this disease. However, when back pain, headaches, pain in the hip and knee joints become unbearable, it is often too late to treat flat feet: this disease remains with the patient for life. Therefore, it is always better to prevent its development, especially since preventing flat feet will not take you and your family either time or money.
To prevent this disorder, it is important to pay attention to the development of correct gait (straight feet when walking, toes not pointed to the sides). If your work involves standing in one place for a long time, three or four times a day you should rest for thirty to forty seconds, placing your feet parallel and standing on their outer edges. Warm water baths at the end of the working day are also useful to prevent flat feet. Then you can massage your feet if you have flat feet or are prone to it - this relieves pain in the legs, restores blood circulation and is generally a wonderful way to prevent and treat this disease.
During massage, special attention should be paid to the sole of the foot; also, with smooth, strong movements - stroking, rubbing, kneading, tapping - you need to massage the shins from the front and inside. Ten minutes of such a massage after a warm bath every day or at least every other day - and flat feet and pain in the legs will not make themselves felt until old age.
Also, methods of preventing flat feet include therapeutic exercises, some exercises from the cycle of which can be performed during rest. Among them are walking barefoot on uneven surfaces of natural origin (sand, pebbles, earth), walking on tiptoes and on heels, live games (basketball, volleyball, etc.), it is very useful to walk barefoot in the dew (if you have such an opportunity - for example, on holiday in the village).
Properly selected shoes are the key to maintaining the most correct shape of the foot and ensuring that it performs its spring functions in full force. The right choice of shoes, which should fit your feet, not be too narrow or tight, and have a heel of 3-4 cm, is also the key to maintaining healthy legs and feet. In particular, orthopedic insoles or arch supports are not only a method of treating flat feet, but also a great way to avoid it.
Flat feet in some cases are a consequence of previous diseases of the musculoskeletal system or foot injuries. If you are at risk for this disease, you should pay special attention to exercises to prevent the development of this disease.

Program for the prevention of flat feet in preschool children
Explanatory note
More and more often in kindergarten children with flat feet.
Flat feet - foot deformity, which consists in reducing its arches. Flat feet- this is not only a cosmetic defect, it is often accompanied by pain in the feet, legs, increased fatigue when walking, difficulty running, jumping, deterioration in coordination of movements, overload of the joints of the lower extremities, and an earlier appearance of pain syndromes of osteochondrosis.
Considering the high percentage of orthopedic pathology, in particular foot deformities in children, there was a need to organize targeted work on prevention of flat feet in kindergarten.
Target programs- health promotion preschool children(4 – 7 years old, prevention deformation of the arch of the foot ( flat feet, as well as instilling skills for systematic physical education with a health-improving orientation.
Tasks:
1. learning how to place your feet correctly when walking;
2. development of the basic functions of the feet; increased tone, decreased length of the tibialis anterior, extensor digitorum longus, extensor pollicis longus, short muscles of the feet; increasing length, eliminating hypertonicity of the triceps surae muscle and increasing mobility in the joints of the feet;
3. improvement of blood circulation in the feet;
4. improved coordination of movements.
The program is designed for children 4 – 6 years old. Classes are held 2 times a week. Classes start in October. The number of classes per year is 64. The duration of one lesson is 30 minutes.
Therapeutic gymnastics technique
The physical exercises used in therapeutic gymnastics are simple and accessible to perform, do not cause side effects, and exercises conducted in a playful way become more attractive, increase the emotional state of the child, his physical capabilities and eliminate existing disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
When performing gymnastics, special exercises are combined with general strengthening exercises in the ratio 3 :1, 4 :1. At the beginning of the course, exercises are performed from the starting positions (I.P.) with unloading stop: sitting and lying down, then the complex includes exercises from I.P. while standing and walking. Gymnastics must be combined with manual or hardware self-massage.
Self-massage of feet.
For self-massage, it is convenient to use a massage mat or massage roller. Rubber products have the following advantages over plastic: 1) they have a gentler effect on the child’s tissues;
2) the massage elements that make them up can be grabbed with your toes. The duration of hardware self-massage is 2 - 5 minutes, depending on age and readiness of children, the total duration of the lesson. Self-massage can be performed as a separate procedure, or included in a therapeutic exercise class as an introductory or final part. The force with which the feet press on the massage mat (roller) is determined by the sensitivity of the child. During self-massage, children should not experience pain. The first procedures are carried out while sitting. Subsequently, the introductory and main parts are carried out while sitting, the final part - standing. After the massage, it is useful to lie down on several minutes with your legs raised above a horizontal surface.
I.P. sitting on a chair.
1. Longitudinal rubbing of the feet, moving them forward and backward along the mat simultaneously and alternately.
2. Circular rubbing of the feet, moving them in a circle, moving the load from the heel to the toes along the outer arch simultaneously and alternately.
3. Cross-rubbing the feet, moving them to the sides and towards the center. Performed simultaneously with both legs.
4. Grab the fibers of the mat with your toes and hold for several seconds.
5. Grab the fibers of the mat with your toes and try to supinate your feet without releasing the fibers.
6. Grab the lint of the mat with your toes and try to spread your feet apart (tear the mat without releasing the lint.
I.P. standing.
1. Longitudinal rubbing of the feet, alternately moving them forward and backward along the mat.
2. Longitudinal rubbing of the feet with an emphasis on the outer edges.
3. Roll from heel to toe and back while standing on the mat.
4. Raising and bringing your heels together while standing on the mat.
5. Extension and abduction of the forefoot while standing on the mat.
6. Alternately lifting the legs, grasping the fibers of the mat with the fingers of the lifted foot.
Expected results:
As a result of studying this programs the child must know and have performance:
Know the starting positions, sequence of exercises, understand them preventive and health value
Have an idea about your body.
Know the rules of personal hygiene.
Be able to:
Place your feet correctly when walking
Independently perform special corrective exercises to strengthen the foot muscles
Perform various exercises in different starting positions with sports equipment.
Perform foot self-massage exercises under the supervision of an instructor
Use modern sports equipment and equipment in order to increase the effectiveness of independent forms of therapeutic physical education.
Forms for summing up the implementation of educational programs: open session at the end of the year.

The methodological manual is of interest in working on this problem; the results obtained are of practical importance and can be used when working with children on the prevention and correction of flat feet by workers in preschool institutions of the city and region.
Explanatory note.
The proposed manual is the result of a generalization and systematization of work experience on the topic: “Prevention and correction of flat feet.”
Currently, kindergartens are faced with the acute question of ways to improve their work to improve the health, development of movements and physical development of children.
For a long time, 5 years, I have been working on the problem of prevention and correction of flat feet. Flat feet is a serious disease, and it is because of a non-serious attitude towards it that an attitude towards one’s health has been formed. Flat feet are difficult to cure, but you can deal with it and not feel bad. However, without special exercises and insoles, living with flat feet will not be easy. Treatment can be passive (special shoes, corrective insoles, arch supports).
But in my work I use active exercise, which includes training the muscles of the foot and lower leg, corrective gymnastics, play massage, outdoor games, and walking on health paths. When working on the prevention and correction of flat feet, non-traditional equipment plays an important role - spruce branches, steppes, paths with small various objects - sticks, ropes, pebbles, cones, etc.
That is why it is very important that preschool workers and parents of pupils are well aware of the techniques and methods of preventing and correcting flat feet.
Target: to identify the level of flatfoot diseases in children and carry out preventive and corrective work.
Tasks:
Wellness tasks:
Correction of flat feet;
Identification of the level of flatfoot diseases in preschool children;
The use of special physical exercises and massage for the prevention and correction of flat feet.
Strengthening the musculoskeletal system with special exercises;
Formation of correct posture and hygiene skills.
Educational objectives:
Formation of the child’s motor skills and abilities in accordance with his individual characteristics for the prevention and correction of flat feet;
Conscious mastery of movements, development of self-control and self-analysis when performing physical exercises.
Educational tasks:
Developing the habit of maintaining a daily routine, the need for physical exercise and games;
Education of physical qualities;
Accustom to independently create conditions for performing physical exercises;
Cultivate friendly relationships with peers in joint physical activity.
Expected Result:
Strengthening the muscles of the foot and lower leg.
Increasing the level of physical fitness.
Formation of a conscious need to fulfill
exercises at home.
Beneficial effects: maintaining the musculoskeletal system and promoting health.
The manual used the ideas of working with children on flat feet from Professor V.V. Krasovskaya, who conducted research in Krasnoyarsk; A.A. Nikolaeva (Moscow); S.N. Popova “Therapeutic physical culture”.
In my work I rely on a table showing changes in the arch of the foot. I identify children with flat feet at the beginning of the school year and at the end of the year, and make a comparative description.
With systematic work we see changes in a positive direction
The tasks that I set at the beginning of the work were completed. As a result of work on the prevention and correction of flat feet, we see changes in the arch of children's feet. When comparing the obtained indicators (September – May), we see positive dynamics in 6 children. Their arch width was reduced by 0.5 - 1 cm. The indicators remained at the same level in 9 children. I want to note once again that it is impossible to cure flat feet completely, but with targeted pedagogical influence it can be corrected and the children will not feel bad.

Prevention of flat feet in preschool children
Flat feet are not a flat foot at all. Different peoples have their own skeletal structure. For example, representatives of the Mongoloid race have relatively short hips and lower legs, but a high arch of the foot, while representatives of the Negroid race have longer legs, but the arch of the foot is low, but both suffer from flat feet more often than people belonging to the Caucasian race. What's the matter? Flat feet is a static deformation of the foot, characterized by flattening of its arches. It can be longitudinal and transverse, but often mixed. Deformation of the longitudinal arch can be easily determined by running your hand along the inner edge of the foot. The longitudinal arch is preserved to some extent even with severe forms of flat feet. The transverse arches of the feet are less pronounced and, accordingly, their deformations are less noticeable to a layman.
In order to determine whether you have flat feet, we will conduct a small test. Take a blank sheet of paper and place it on the floor. Now smear your feet with any rich cream and stand on this sheet. Straighten up and move your legs together so that your body weight can be distributed evenly across your feet. A clear imprint of your foot will remain on the paper. Take a pencil and draw a line connecting the edges of the plantar recess. Then, perpendicular to it, draw a straight line intersecting the recess of the foot at the narrowest point. If the imprint of its narrow part occupies no more than one third of the line connecting the edges of the plantar recess, the foot is normal. If it reaches the middle of the line, you have flat feet and you should not delay your visit to the doctor.
Most people experience what is called static flat feet. Sometimes it occurs from congenital weakness of the ligaments, most often in people with thin skeletal bones. But static flat feet also occur in large-boned people if they are prone to being overweight, or rather, obese. For most fat people, the arches of their feet simply cannot support their body weight and become deformed.
Another cause of the disease is irrational, uncomfortable shoes. Constantly walking in stiletto heels or on a rigid platform changes the biomechanics of a woman’s normal step so much that it inevitably leads to flat feet; often the cause of the disease is long-term stress associated with a person’s professional activity, forcing him to spend all day on his feet.
Static flat feet are characterized by the following: painful areas:
- on the sole, in the center of the arch of the foot and the inner edge
heels; - on the back of the foot, in its central part, between the rook
prominent and talus bones; - under the inner and outer ankles;
- between the heads of the tarsal bones;
- in the ankle muscles due to their overload;
- in the knee and hip joints;
- in the thigh due to muscle strain;
- in the lower back due to compensatory increased lordosis (deflection).
The pain intensifies in the evening, subsides after rest, and sometimes swelling appears on the ankle.
Another type of disease - traumatic flatfoot.
As the name suggests, it is the result of trauma, most commonly fractures of the ankle, calcaneus, tarsus and metatarsus.
Next view - congenital flatfoot. Before the child stands firmly on his feet (up to 3-4 years), when his formation is completed, it is difficult to assess how functional the arches of the feet are. The cause may be an abnormality of intrauterine development. Treatment of this type of flatfoot should begin as early as possible, in difficult cases resorting to surgical intervention.
Rickets flatfoot refers not to congenital diseases, but acquired as a result of improper development of the skeleton caused by a deficiency of vitamin D in the body and, as a consequence, insufficient absorption of calcium. This type of flatfoot can be prevented by preventing rickets (sun, fresh air, exercise, fish oil).
Paralytic flat foot - this is the result of paralysis of the muscles of the lower extremities and most often the consequences of flaccid (or peripheral) paralysis of the muscles of the foot and leg caused by polio or other neuroinfection.
Diabetic foot - is due to the fact that in diabetics the healing processes of skin damage are disrupted: every scratch or abrasion becomes wet and festeres for a long time and painfully. This occurs due to a failure of nutrition processes in the tissues, i.e. trophism. Hence the name - “trophic ulcer”, which is often found in patients with diabetes. It is very difficult to treat such wounds, so little attention is paid to their prevention. First of all, proper hygienic foot care and rational footwear are necessary.
Flat feet are difficult to cure, but you can get over it and feel pretty good about it. However, without special exercises and without insoles, living with flat feet will not be easy for you. The conclusion suggests itself: help your legs, and then the disease will remind you of itself only as a line in the outpatient card.
MASSAGE AND SELF-MASSAGE AT HOME, KINDERGARTEN
General instructions.
The shin should be stroked, rubbed with your palms, kneaded with your fingertips. Massage it in the direction from the ankle joint to the knee joint. The main attention should be paid to the inner surface.
The foot should be stroked and rubbed with the back of the bent fingers. The plantar surface of the foot should be massaged from the toes to the heel.
For self-massage, it is useful to use special rubber mats and massage rollers.
The exercises always treat both legs together. For example, sit down and, dragging your feet on the floor, take 30-50 steps.
Therapeutic gymnastics complexes
For children aged 2 years and older at home and kindergarten:
In the starting position - legs apart, toes turned inward - perform alternating turns of the body to the right and left with the corresponding foot turning to the outer edge. Walk on your toes for a few minutes. The same amount of walking on your heels. Walk around a little with your toes tucked. Walk with your toes up
Several times a day for 10-15 minutes, walk on the outer edge of the foot, like a “club-toed bear.” Try to pick up any small object from the floor several times with your toes: a pencil, a scarf, etc. Lie on the floor and move your feet left and right, forward and backward, bend and straighten your toes.
From childhood, teach your child to read, write and draw with his foot on the outer edge. It’s even better to combine this passive pose with active gymnastics: during sedentary games and activities, let the baby sort of scrape imaginary sand with his soles.
Additional complex
Roll from heels to toes and back.
Half squat and squat on your toes, spreading your arms to the sides, up and forward.
WATER PREVENTIVE PROCEDURES
It is useful for both children and adults to take a foot bath before bed. Take two basins - with hot (as soon as your foot tolerates it) and cold water. First, steam your feet in hot water, then lower them into cold water. Do this alternately 2-3 times. The skin will turn red and your legs will feel pleasant. You can add a little sea salt, baking soda, infusions of chamomile, sage, oak bark, immortelle flowers, and peppermint leaves to the water. After the foot has steamed, massage it, “sculpting” the arches of the feet and as if collecting the foot into a “fist”. Both children and adults experience good sleep after this procedure.
After the massage they take local foot baths.
- For a contrast bath, take two basins - one with hot water, the other with cold water. First, steam your feet in hot water, then lower them into cold water. Repeat 2-3 times.
- Oak bark decoction bath. Mix 1 kg of oak bark with 0.5 liters of water, boil for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and dilute with water.
- Bath with a decoction of chamomile or sage leaves and flowers. Pour 100 g of collection into 2 liters of boiling water, leave for an hour, then dilute a little with water.
- Mint infusion bath. Pour 100 g of dry mint with boiling water enough to cover it completely. Leave for 30 minutes. Add to warm water. Keep your legs for 15-20 minutes.
EXERCISES AND GAMES FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF FLAT FOOT
Therapeutic gymnastics is the main method of treating flat feet and preventing it. The most important thing is how the child will perceive the lessons. It is necessary not only to provide him with the opportunity to exercise, but to instill in the child a love of movement.
To make gymnastics bring more joy to your child, introduce elements of play into the exercises. You can do the exercises anytime, anywhere, there is no need to create special conditions. The main thing is to exercise daily, turning these movements into a habit.
With flat feet, it is necessary to strengthen the leg muscles, especially the flexors of the foot and fingers, the muscles that turn the foot with the sole inward.
To eliminate static load on weakened muscles, it is better to start with exercises performed in a sitting position. Then, as the muscular-ligamentous apparatus strengthens, you should move on to exercises in a standing position.
Exercises while sitting
- Flexion and extension of the feet.
- Clenching and unclenching fingers.
- Circular movements of the feet in a maximum circle in both directions.
- Turn your feet with your soles inward.
- Grasping and holding a round object (ball, skittles, etc.) with the soles.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The main form of exercise therapy is therapeutic exercises. One of the types of therapeutic exercises iscorrective gymnastics, which is carried out to prevent and correct defects of the musculoskeletal system: poor posture, curvature of the spine, flat feet, etc.
Improving the health of the younger generation is one of the priorities of modern education. The problem is that often the identification of disorders of the musculoskeletal system by specialists takes place at a time when the child is on the threshold of school. Therefore, it is no longer possible to provide timely correctional assistance to the child.
Raising healthy, well-built children is not an easy task. A child’s posture must be developed from a very early age, both in the family and in a preschool institution.
To prevent disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children, exercise therapy is of great importance, improving physical development, as well as educating the child in the correct body position and providing partial unloading of the spine.
The main directions of the exercise therapy system in working with children are the following tasks:
Familiarization with the basics of a healthy lifestyle and nurturing the need for it;
Satisfying the child’s natural biological need for movement;
Correction of existing musculoskeletal disorders;
Formation of correct posture;
Strengthening the muscles involved in the formation of the arch of the foot;
Development and training of all body systems through optimal physical activity.
The therapeutic effect of physical exercise is explained by the important biological role of movements in a child’s life. Exercise therapy improves functions impaired by the disease and accelerates recovery processes. Physical exercises have a varied effect depending on their selection of execution methods and the degree of load.
Physical exercise is the main means of exercise therapy.
There are many classifications of physical exercises based on anatomical characteristics, degree of activity, nature of motor actions, etc. In preschool institutions, the most common are gymnastic exercises with and without objects, and games.
The goals and objectives of physical therapy are: Ensuring optimal motor mode and physical development of the child. Strengthening the ligamentous-muscular system of the torso, arms and legs. Strengthening the muscles involved in the formation of the arch of the foot. Formation of the correct walking pattern and posture skills, training in coordination of movements, and the ability to relax muscles. Increased muscle strength endurance. Correction and compensation of physical development and psychomotor disorders. Increased emotional tone. Improvement of the vestibular apparatus. Elimination of excess psycho-emotional and muscle tension during physical education, leisure, and entertainment. In exercise therapy, a distinction is made between exercises of a general nature and special ones, so to apply exercises for children with poor posture, exercises of a special nature are used with some addition of exercises of a general nature. Exercise therapy is based on movement. Movement will only be a therapeutic and preventive factor when it is organized in the form of physical exercise and is used purposefully in accordance with therapeutic objectives, in dosage form, taking into account the general condition of the child, the characteristics of the disease and dysfunction of the affected system or organ. Annex 1:
Games to develop correct posture.
Poor posture is a frequent companion to many chronic diseases, manifested in general functional weakness, hypotonic (reduced tissue tension) state of muscles and ligaments. Defects in posture negatively affect the functioning of the heart, stomach, liver, and kidneys.
Long rope
Purpose of the game: improve respiratory function, cardiovascular system; strengthening the ligamentous-muscular apparatus of the feet; development of dexterity, speed of reaction, coordination of breathing.
Required material: jump rope or long rope.
H o d i g r s
The child and the leader rotate the rope evenly. Children jump rope one by one. The game can be made more difficult by changing the type of jumping: jumping with one leg and then to the sides, with both legs together, doing an additional hop, etc.
Ball master
Required material: balls, one for each player.
H o d i g r s
The leader distributes balls to the children, and they complete tasks at his command.
Option 1
1. Throw the ball up, clap your hands behind your back and catch the ball.
2. Throw the ball up, turn around and catch the ball.
3. Throw the ball up, sit cross-legged, and catch the ball.
4. Squat down, throw the ball up, jump to your feet and catch the ball.
5. Throw the ball high up, bend over, touch your toes with your toes, straighten up and catch the ball;
Option 2
1. Hit the ball on the ground so that it bounces high, then bend down, touch the tips of your fingers to your toes and, straightening up, catch the ball.
2. Hit the ball hard in front of you on the ground, turn around and catch the ball.
3. Draw a circle on the ground (12 steps in circumference, 4 steps in diameter), run around it 3 times, hitting the ball with the palm of one hand (either right or left).
4. Raise your right leg, extending it slightly forward, and throw the ball with your left hand on the ground so that it passes under your right foot. Then catch the bounced ball from the right without lowering your feet. Do the same exercise by lifting your left leg and throwing the ball with your right hand.
The one who scores the most points wins.
Note. The player initially repeats each exercise once. Then, after completing all the exercises or if the child makes a mistake during the game, the partner enters the game and repeats the same exercises. The game gradually becomes more difficult: the number of throws increases. The exercises are performed sequentially, one after another. Two attempts are allowed for each exercise. For an exercise performed correctly on the first attempt, the participant receives two points; if performed on the second attempt, the participant receives one point. The participant with the most points wins.
While completing tasks, the leader makes sure that the children do them correctly. After the children are familiar with the tasks, the presenter dictates them again. Players who complete tasks correctly receive tokens.
The player with the most tokens wins. This player is designated the "Ball Master".
Living ring
Purpose of the game: strengthen the muscles of the torso and limbs; development of dexterity, accuracy, coordination of movements in large and small muscle groups; formation of correct posture.
Required material: long rope.
H o d i g r s
The leader ties the ends of the rope and asks the players to stand around and take the rope.
The host explains that the players have a living ring and now the players must complete tasks. The player who completes all tasks correctly wins.
Tasks.
1. Starting position – stand facing in a circle, hands with a rope below. At the instructor’s command, raise your hands with the rope up, put your right (left) leg on your toes back - inhale; return to the starting position - exhale. (Repeat 4 times.)
2. The starting position is the same. Handling the rope with your hands, pass it to the right (left) in a circle (2 times in each direction).
3. The starting position is the same, hands up with a rope. On the count of 1–2, lean forward, put the rope on the floor - exhale; return to the starting position - inhale. (Repeat 4–6 times.)
4. The starting position is the same. Lower the rope down to hip level. At the instructor’s command, step over the rope alternately with your right and left feet; stand up (hands with rope behind). Also, on command, step back with your right and left feet. (Repeat 4–6 times.)
5. Starting position – stand facing in a circle, hands down. At the instructor’s command, sit down, knees to the side, hands with the rope forward up (inhale); return to the starting position - exhale. (Repeat 4-6 times).
6. The starting position is the same. Rope on the floor. Stand on the rope, hands on your belt. 6 jumps on both legs to the right, 6 to the left and again 6 jumps on the rope to the right and left (2-4 times).
The instructor and the players mark the children who did this exercise clearly, beautifully, and with great attention.
Let's fly to Mars
Goal: learning how to play ball; development of the ability to navigate in space; development of hand coordination; development of the muscles of the shoulder girdle.
Materials: chair, ball.
H o d i g r s
The presenter suggests launching a rocket to the Moon. He takes the ball and throws it up. The child sits and repeats the movements of the adult. This can be done 5-6 times. Then the movements can be repeated while standing. When the ball falls, the child comes up to it, takes it and, on command (“the rocket has flown”), throws it again. The presenter needs to encourage the child and ensure correct posture. A more complex version of the throw is possible with jumping and lifting both legs off the floor.
Big feet walking down the road
Goal: development of thinking (the ability to create images of light and fast, slow and heavy movement), intelligence, attention (its concentration, stability).
H o d i g r s
Having seated the children so that they can see each other, the presenter invites everyone to show their legs. Children raise their feet. The presenter says that their legs are small, but they run quickly along the path, and says several times: “Little legs run along the path.” Then the presenter says that the bear has big legs, and he walks slowly: “Big legs walk along the road.” Having created images of light and fast, slow and heavy movement, the presenter offers to play. The saying is repeated several times. Children, in accordance with the words and rhythm of the melody, either run (“little legs run along the path”) or walk (“big legs walk along the road”). The presenter, together with the children, demonstrates either fast and light or slow and heavy movements.
Martin
Goal: training the vestibular system, coordination of movements, strengthening the ligamentous-muscular system, torso, arms.
H o d i g r s
The presenter shows how to stand like a swallow. Then the child himself stands on one leg, the other is laid back, arms to the sides, the torso is slightly tilted forward, the head is raised.
The leader holds the child by both hands (hereinafter one) and controls whether the spine is correctly straightened and the leg is raised. The pose is initially held for no more than one second, then the supporting leg changes.
Gymnastics for a hedgehog
Purpose of the game: strengthening the muscular “corset” of the spine.
H o d i g r s
The presenter shows the children how a hedgehog does gymnastics. While lying on your back, the leader raises his hands behind his head and stretches out as much as possible. Then, raising the upper half of the body to the knees, he leans forward, that is, he groups himself, clasping his legs under the knees (the hedgehog is curled up).
Children show how a hedgehog does gymnastics, the presenter corrects the children. Then, at the command of the leader, the children perform the exercise 5-6 times. Before each repetition, you need to lie down and rest, relaxing like a rag doll.
Break the chain
Purpose of the game: a general strengthening effect on the entire body; formation of correct posture; nurturing creative problem solving, development of initiative, speed of reaction.
H o d i g r s
The players hold hands and form a chain. The first (driver) in the chain pulls the chain behind him, changing direction while walking, braids various figures, wrapping the entire chain around himself, unravels it again, stops, runs and then tries to break the chain with a quick turn. Whoever could not hold the chain leaves the game, and the chain closes again. They play until there are 2-3 people left in the chain, then the game is repeated.
Adjuster
Purpose of the game: formation of correct posture and gait; development of coordination of movements, the ability to navigate in space, in place; development of speed of reaction to a signal, inhibitory reactions; balancing nervous processes.
Required materials: small rings, plates, wand.
H o d i g r s
Children are divided into two teams: “cars” and “pedestrians”. “Cars” walk along parallel “streets.” Children pretending to be cars have plates in their hands as a “steering wheel”, and they move on bent legs. Pedestrians are waiting at the intersection. The “traffic controller” driver raises his stick - the “cars” are moving, lowers it - “pedestrians” walk along their “transverse” “streets”.
The game is repeated 2-3 times. If the “cars” or “pedestrians” do not stop on time, the “policeman” charges them a fine (“forfeit”) or temporarily places them on a bench in the hall. After the game, those fined must perform a number.
Storm at sea
Purpose of the game: developing concentration and stability of attention, the ability to switch it, training the speed of reaction to a signal; development of movement coordination; formation of correct posture; development of visual, auditory, motor memory.
Materials needed: chairs, one less than the number of participants, or chalk if the game is played outside.
H o d i g r s
Two rows of chairs are placed side by side. You can also draw a large circle on the ground and mark the places of the players on it with numbers. The one left by lot without a place is called the “sea”. He plays the game. Each of the players takes the name of a fish or sea animal. The driver walks around the players, smoothly waving his hands, saying: “The sea is worried! Ocean is shaking!" Suddenly he stops and names some fish. The player who calls himself by this name follows him. All the other “fish” are called and a line follows the “sea”, imitating its movements and saying: “The sea is worried.” As soon as the driver says: “There is a storm at sea!”, everyone spins around in place. If he says: “The sea is calm,” everyone rushes to take their places. Of course, the “sea” will always provide a place for itself. The one left without a place becomes the “sea”, and the game resumes, then everyone can take another name for the fish. The driver (“sea”) can shout: “The sea is calm” whenever he wants, even when not all “fish” are called. The game ends when all players have played the role of the sea.
Step over the rope
Goal: development of coordination of movements, dexterity, formation of skill in overcoming obstacles.
Materials: rope, chairs.
H o d i g r s
A rope is stretched and secured at a distance of 10–15 cm from the floor. The child sits on a chair 3–5 m from the rope. At the leader's command, the child walks and steps over the rope, then turns and steps over the rope again until he has stepped over the entire length. If it is difficult for the child, then you can take 3-4 steps. It is better to play the game accompanied by rhythmic music or clapping by the leader every time you step over the rope. The presenter needs to control the correct posture and closing of the lips (the mouth must be closed). You can start on one side of the string, and on the other side, on the chair to which the string is attached, you can place the prize.
Hit the ball into the goal
Goal: development of versatile coordination of movements and mobility of nervous processes, the ability to maintain balance.
Materials: 2 chairs or stools, slats (1–2 m), ball.
H o d i g r s
The presenter builds a gate (places a rail on the backs of chairs or the seats of stools). Place the ball in front of the goal at a distance of 1.5–2 m. The child must take the ball, roll it into the goal and run after it. Having passed the gate on all fours, the child straightens up, catches up with the ball and, putting it in its original place, sits down to rest. A more complex option can be carried out for a while. It is necessary that the child runs straight after the ball, without hunching over.
Kite and hen
Goal: strengthening the muscular system of the foot, developing coordination of movements in large and small muscle groups, training attention, reaction speed, visual and auditory analyzers.
Materials: rope.
H o d i g r s
Children are sitting or standing. On one side of the site, a “house” is fenced off with a rope, where the chickens (children) sit with a hen (leader). To the side there is a kite - a child who is chosen using a counting rhyme. The hen leaves her house (crawls under the rope): “Ko-ko-ko!” When she calls, the chickens also crawl under the rope and walk around the area with her (pecking at the “seeds” - bending down, squatting). At the words of the presenter, “The kite is flying,” the chickens run home. Chickens caught by a kite are eliminated from the game. The very last of them becomes a kite.
Oriental waiter
Goal: development of coordination of movements, balance, strengthening of the muscular “corset” of the spine.
Materials: tray or book, cube.
H o d i g r s
The presenter offers to play “Oriental waiter” and shows how in the East they carry loads on their heads. The child must straighten up and take correct posture. Now you need to put a book or tray with a cube on your head and walk forward. The one who goes further wins. The leader must ensure that the muscles are not too tense. After the game, you should perform relaxing movements: arms up (on tiptoes) and down, bend at the waist, relax - and so on several times. Your hands should be completely relaxed.
The most accurate
Goal: development of coordination and speed of movements in large and small muscle groups, formation of skills in a variety of ball throwing.
Materials: balls, targets - ring or box, pins.
H o d i g r s
At the distance to which the child can throw the ball, a box is placed or a ring is hung. Let the child make several attempts to hit the target. Modified version: pins are placed and they must be knocked down. For a knocked down pin or a ball that gets into the box, the host gives out a forfeit (token). The one with the most forfeits wins.
Jumping Frog
Goal: learning balance, improving coordination of movements, strengthening the musculoskeletal system.
H o d i g r s
The presenter talks about frogs and shows how they jump and croak. After which the child is asked to jump like a frog. The child squats, leaning on his hands (on all fours). The leader grabs him by the belt and helps him straighten his bent legs back (first one, then the other, then both at the same time). For a moment, the child rests only on his hands (with the help of the leader). The exercise must be repeated 3 times so that the child lifts his feet off the ground and raises his straight legs as high as possible.
We walk sideways
Goal: development of coordination of movements, balance, strengthening of the muscular “corset” of the spine, muscular system of the foot.
Materials: cube.
H o d i g r s
The child must straighten up and take correct posture. You need to put a cube on the child’s head and ask him to move to the right with an extended step. Then do the same movements to the left, trying not to drop the cube. The one who can take the most steps wins.
Mice in the pantry
Purpose of the game: training reaction speed, speed, dexterity of movements, ability to navigate in space.
Required materials: chairs, rope.
H o d i g r s
Children pretend to be mice. They sit on chairs on one side of the platform (the mice are in their holes). On the opposite side of the platform, at a height of 40–50 cm, a rope is stretched, behind which there is a “storage room”. The presenter, playing the role of a cat, sits to the side of the children. The cat falls asleep, the mice run into the pantry, they bend down and crawl under the rope. Then they squat down and gnaw on crackers: “Crunch, crunch.” The cat suddenly wakes up and runs after the mice. The mice run out of the pantry and run into their holes. The cat catches mice. Having caught one, the cat places it separately and repeats the game with the others. The game ends when all the mice are caught. At the end of the game, the host invites everyone to stretch and raise their heads up: “They are now not mice, but nice kids, and they will grow up well.” At the same time, the presenter needs to control the children’s posture and lip closure.
Squirrel
Purpose of the game: strengthening the muscles of the torso and limbs, developing coordination of movements, agility, training in complicated walking.
Necessary materials: gymnastic wall, ladders on playgrounds, favorite bright toy.
H o d i g r s
The presenter tells the child about squirrels: how they live, what they eat. One squirrel was given a toy, and she wants to show it to others. “Show and bring a toy, like a squirrel,” says the presenter. A child, with the help of an adult, climbs a gymnastic ladder. A favorite bright toy hangs on the top step. Having taken the toy, the child should slowly go down. The leader needs to insure the child and help if necessary.
You should first place the toy on the 4th–5th steps, then raise it higher.
Nimble feet
Required materials: carpet, sticks and scarves according to the number of players.
H o d i g r s
Children sit on the floor, on the carpet, with their arms behind their bodies and hands resting on the carpet. There is a stick between the widely spaced legs. At its end on the right is a handkerchief. You need to take it with the toes of your right foot and move it to your left without touching the stick. Move your right leg to the starting position. Then take the scarf with the toes of your left foot and move it to the right of the stick. Repeat 2-4 times, the last 2 times move both legs with the scarf to the right and left. The winner is the one who completed the exercise without hitting the stick with the handkerchief.
While doing the exercise, you can say:
I'll take the handkerchief with my foot,
I'll bring it to another,
And I carry, I carry, I don’t sleep,
I won't catch the stick.
running jump rope
Purpose of the game: development of coordination of movements, sense of balance; strengthening the muscles of the trunk, ligamentous-muscular apparatus of the feet.
Required material: long jump rope or rope.
H o d i g r s
Two people take a long rope (rope) by the ends and walk with it along the site, sometimes speeding up and then slowing down the pace of walking. The rest of the children jump over the rope. The one who touches the rope replaces the one holding it.
Hare, Christmas trees and frost
Purpose of the game: training various movement skills; formation of correct posture; development of attention, reaction speed; development of movement coordination; strengthening the muscular system of the feet and legs.
H o d i g r s
The presenter chooses “Christmas trees”, “Bunny” and “Frost”. The presenter draws circles and places “Christmas trees” in them.
At the leader's command, the game begins. The “hare” runs to the nearest “Christmas tree” to hide under it from the “frost”. “Frost” seeks to “freeze” – to grease – the “bunny”. But if the “bunny”, running away from the “frost”, manages to jump into the circle where the “Christmas tree” stands, it becomes a “Christmas tree”, and the “Christmas tree” becomes a “bunny” and runs away from the “frost”, then displacing the next one from another circle "Christmas tree" The greasy "bunny" becomes "frost". If the “bunny”, when he runs from one “Christmas tree” to another, and from the last one to “home”, the “frost” is not able to grease, then the “frost” continues to lead. If the “frost” manages to insult the “bunny”, the latter becomes “frost”. “Frost” can insult the “bunny” in two cases: 1) when he runs to the “Christmas tree” or 2) if there are two people standing in a circle. For example, when the “Christmas tree” hesitated at the moment when the “bunny” jumped towards it, and, having become a “bunny” itself, did not run out of the circle.
Deliver it, don't drop it
Purpose of the game: strengthening the muscular-ligamentous apparatus of the feet; development of dexterity.
Necessary materials: chairs, sheets.
H o d i g r s
In the hall, the players sit on chairs. Each player has a sheet under their feet. You need to grab this sheet with your toes and, without ever dropping it, drag it by any means (for example, jumping on one leg or moving on all fours) to the opposite end of the hall. Repeat the same with the other leg. The game can be played in pairs (competing). The one who does it faster without dropping the sheets wins.
Swan geese
Purpose of the game: training proper breathing skills; strengthening the muscles of the trunk and limbs, formation of posture, arches of the feet, development of movement coordination.
H o d i g r s
On one side of the site (hall) a circle is drawn - the “house” in which the “geese” live. On the opposite side stands the “shepherd”. To the side of the house is a den in which the “wolf” is located. The rest of the place is “meadow”. The presenter assigns children to the roles of “wolf” and “shepherd”. The rest portray “geese”: they walk with a proud posture, stretch their necks up, raise their heads, fly (they wave their arms upward from the sides and, lowering them, hiss - exhale “shhh”). The “shepherd” says loudly: “Geese, geese.” The geese stop and answer in unison: “Ha-ha-ha.” Shepherd: “Do you want to eat?” Geese: “Yes, yes, yes.” Shepherd: “So fly.” Geese: “We can’t. The gray wolf is under the mountain and won’t let us go home.” Shepherd: “So fly as you want, just take care of your wings.” The geese, spreading their wings (with their arms extended to the sides), fly home through the meadow, and the wolf, running out of the den, tries to catch them (touch them with his hand). After several runs, the geese caught by the wolf are counted. The “shepherd” and “wolf” are appointed again. Game continues.
Appendix 2:
Corrective exercises.
"Cat". Goal: strengthening the muscular corset of the spine.
Standing on all fours, strongly bend and arch your back, imitating the movements of a cat when it makes a “hump” and stretches after sleep.
"Rocking chair." Goal: improving the function of the vestibular apparatus, strengthening the muscular corset of the spine, muscles of the upper and lower extremities.
Lying on your chest, bend your back strongly and, moving your hands with the hoop back, hook it with the toes of your raised legs. Avoid excessive bending at the waist.
"Fish" Goal: formation of correct posture, improvement of coordination of movements.
Lying on your chest, bend your back, raising your outstretched arms and legs up.
. "Don't spill the water."
Goal: formation of correct posture.
I. p. - standing, legs together. Hands on the shoulder blades (rocker arm). The child imagines that it is necessary to scoop up water from the well with buckets and bring it home.
Tilt to the right and then to the left (improvisation of scooping up water). With a proud, light gait, he moves with a “yoke” around the hall.
Conditions: the rocker stick can be held with both hands at shoulder level, wider than the shoulders, with one hand, but in any case it must be perpendicular to the body and parallel to the floor.
A jury of children evaluates the most beautiful gait.
"Bug on the back."
I. p. - lying on your back, arms and legs in a free position. Let's imagine how a bug fell from a branch to the ground, but it fell unsuccessfully. He found himself on his back and trying to roll over onto his tummy to crawl away.
An image of floundering paws in different directions. Rocking on the back from side to side (side rocking). Trying to jerk onto your side and then stand on your elbows and knees. While floundering, do not help with your head and shoulders, or sway your body.
At the end of the game, you can ask the child: “Which part of the body can be easily swung, and which remains motionless?”, “What kind of bug are you?”, “What do you have (legs, wings, shell)?” "What's your mood?"
"Rocking chair."
Goals: improving the function of the vestibular apparatus, strengthening the ligamentous-muscular apparatus of the trunk and limbs
I.p.: lie on your back, legs together. Bend your legs and press your knees with your hands. Rock on your back to the right, left. Pause. Repeat 3 times.
" Scissors".
Goals: strengthening the muscles of the lower extremities involved in the formation of the arch of the foot.
I.p.: lying on your stomach, alternately lift your straight legs up and down. For the scissors to cut well, the legs must be straight. Lie on your back and rest. Repeat 3 times. (second option lying on your back.)
"We wear hats."
Goals: developing the skill of correct posture, strengthening the muscular corset of the spine, developing coordination of movements.
Place a light weight on your head—a “hat.” Monitor your posture, head straight, shoulders at the same level, parallel to the floor, arms resting calmly along the body. Walk around the room maintaining correct posture.
"Hippopotamus"
Goals: train the vestibular apparatus, strengthen the muscles of the trunk and limbs.
Who's walking on the bridge?
Clumsy hippopotamus!
He's afraid to stumble
And fall into the swamp.
Walk in a straight line, placing the heel of one foot to the toe of the other, maintaining balance.
"Kolobok"
Goals to improve the function of the vestibular apparatus; strengthen the muscles of the spine, upper and lower extremities.
What kind of strange bun appeared on the window?
I lay there for a bit, then picked it up and fell apart.
I.p.: lying on your back, then sit up, hugging your knees with your hands. Place your head in your knees. Press your knees to your shoulders and look at your feet.
That's all you koloboks!
One two three four five-
Everything fell apart again.
Stretch your legs and lie on your back.
“The hedgehog stretched out and curled up”
Goals: improve the function of the vestibular apparatus; strengthen the muscles of the spine, upper and lower extremities.
IP: lying on the carpet, raise your hands behind your head and stretch out as much as possible. Then, raising the upper body to the knees, bend forward, i.e. group, clasp your legs under your knees. repeat 2-6 times. Lie down and relax between each repetition.
Appendix 3:
Relaxation
Relaxation (from Latin relaxatio – weakening) – 1) connection of mind and body (muscles); 2) (physiol.) – relaxation or sharp decrease in the tone of skeletal muscles.
Autotraining (from the Greek autos - oneself, one's own, self... and English training - training) is a system of exercises with the aim of developing maximum performance. The ability not only to relax, but also to collect yourself.
"Create the sun within you"
There is sun in nature. It shines and loves and warms everyone. Let's create the sun within ourselves. Close your eyes and imagine a little star in your heart. We mentally direct a ray of love towards her. We feel how the star has grown. We direct the ray that brings peace. The asterisk increased again. We send a ray of goodness, the star has become even larger. I send rays to the star that bring health, joy, warmth, light, tenderness, affection. Now the star becomes as big as the sun. It brings warmth to everyone, everyone, everyone (arms to the sides).
Magic flower of goodness
Place the flower of Goodness and good mood on both palms. Feel how it warms you: your hands, your body, your soul. It emits an amazing smell and pleasant music. And you want to listen to it. Mentally place all the goodness and good mood of this flower inside, into your heart.
Feel how goodness enters you and gives you joy. You have new powers: the powers of health, happiness and joy. You feel your body filled with pleasure and joy. How pleasant your face is, how good and joyful your soul becomes...
A warm, gentle breeze blows around you. You have a good, soul-warming mood.
I want you to remember what you feel now and take it with you when you leave this room. Warm feelings and good mood will continue to be with you...
Open your eyes.
Look around.
Send kind thoughts to each other.
All the best!
Travel on a cloud
I want to invite you on a journey on a cloud. Jump onto a white fluffy cloud that looks like a soft mountain of plump pillows. Feel how your legs, back, butt are comfortably located on this large cloudy pillow.
Now the journey begins. Your cloud slowly rises into the blue sky. Do you feel the wind blowing across your face?
Here, high in the sky, everything is calm and quiet. Let your cloud take you now to a place where you will be happy.
Try to mentally “see” this place as accurately as possible. Here you feel completely calm and happy. Something wonderful and magical can happen here... (Pause 30 seconds.)
Now you are back on your cloud, and it is taking you back to your place in the classroom. Get off the cloud and thank it for giving you such a good ride... Now watch how it slowly melts into the air... Stretch, straighten up and be cheerful, fresh and attentive again.
"By the sea"
Sit comfortably and close your eyes... Take three deep breaths and exhale and find within yourself a point of inner peace - a place in the soul where it is quiet and calm.
If you listen carefully, you can hear the waves of the ocean gently rolling onto the shore. Perhaps at first the sound of the ocean is heard somewhere far away, but gradually the sound of water rolling onto the shore becomes louder and louder... Then the wave rolls back... Then it rushes onto the shore again and retreats again... The rhythm of the surf sounds smooth and soothing. Let the waves wash away and carry away your worries and everything that stresses you out. And just as the waves smooth the sand on the shore, they can make your mind calm and clear.
Imagine that you are sitting on the seashore. The sand surrounding you is completely dry and soft. Look around and you will find that you are all alone on the shore. The sun is setting and colors the sky in gold, red, pink and lilac tones. You feel the warmth of the evening sun with your entire skin and, glancing at the water, you see the reflections playing on the waves.
Take a deep breath and feel the salty smell of the sea. The sea air is fresh and slightly humid. You hear the seagulls scream as they let the wind carry them high into the sky. At times they float almost motionless, freezing in the oncoming air flow. You now feel completely calm and serene and take advantage of the calm and silence of the sea to ask yourself an important question. Find simple and clear words for your question. And while you quietly say your question, look at the distance of the sea and be prepared for the sea to give you some kind of answer.
Perhaps you will hear this answer through the sound of the surf... Perhaps the sea will show you some picture, some image... Perhaps you will feel some feeling within yourself that will help you find the right answer... It may be that the sea will simply tell you new words so that you can formulate your question clearly and clearly. (Pause 30 seconds.)
In any case, now you are familiar with this quiet and calm place in the depths of your soul. And you can come back here any time you want to think about something important. Now you can say goodbye to this place and slowly return here to this room. Stretch, straighten up, open your eyes and be here again, fresh and full of vigor.
gold fish
What is she like, a goldfish? At least look at her with one eye. I go to the blue sea and call: “Hey, goldfish, swim to me, show yourself!”
Once again: “Hey, goldfish... swim... show yourself!..”
Yes, here she is, on the crest of a wave. Small, oddly shaped, her scales glisten in the sun, she looks at me without fear. Her head is crowned with a golden crown with white pearls around the edges. The fins are purple with gold flecks and look like butterfly wings. A wide orange tail with golden stripes glides smoothly across the surface of the water. A fairy-tale goldfish seems to gracefully sit on a chair and fascinates me with its presence. A wave of absolute calm fills my arms, legs, back and head.
Breathe easily, evenly, deeply. (Pause.)
The fish slowly opens its small mouth and silently beckons me to it.
I become light, like a swan's feather, and slowly walk along the crests of the waves. Cool water gently caresses my feet...
I walk up to the goldfish and hold out my hands to it. She jumps into my open palms and looks at me tenderly. Surprisingly, she smiles at me, and her eyes glow with happiness. I lift the fish above my head and spin with it to the rhythm of a slow waltz.
I take a deep breath and exhale slowly. (Repeat this phrase 3 times.)
Breathe easily, evenly, deeply.
The fish asks me to let it go into the sea. I open my palms, and she gracefully jumps under the crest of the wave and swims away. Breathe easily, evenly, deeply.
Amber Castle
Today I see an amber castle. With this thought I rush to the blue sea. I can already see a goldfish from afar. She jumps out of the water and glows in the sun. The goldfish invites me to sink to the bottom of the sea. This is what I want most today. I take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Inhale - exhale, inhale - exhale.
A few moments - I’m already in the sea kingdom, and not just anywhere, but on the seabed.
I am interested in everything that surrounds me. Below us is white, white sand. It is most likely similar to the chalk used to write on the blackboard at school. The fish explains to me that the sand turns white in honor of the most honorable guests, and I understand that she means me, and I burst into a smile. The smile is not only on my lips, but everything inside me is smiling. My body relaxes, and I am filled with an extraordinary feeling of warmth and love. Breathe easily, evenly deeply...
We are surrounded by unprecedented pink and lilac plants: their stems and leaves are so flexible that they move at the slightest movement of water. White and turquoise coral reefs are located to our left. These are peculiar sea mountains, of such a bizarre configuration that it is difficult to take your eyes off them. We float over them, looking at them from above.
Ahead of us is a brightly lit space. This is the amber castle. It glows like thousands of little suns. And it’s a pleasure to look at him. This glow is directed towards me. Mysterious rays gently penetrate me and fill me with light. And I become a little sun. Breathe easily, evenly, deeply... (Pause.)
I return from the castle and give the warmth of the little sun to the people and flowers around me...
Fish dance
I again go to the blue sea and call: “Hey, goldfish, swim, show yourself!” Today she will happily swim to me and swim very close. A goldfish frolics in the gentle sea water: it jumps out of the water, then quickly swims away from the water. For a few moments she spins in the air like an experienced gymnast, and then again plunges into her native element. This ritual dance is a sign of hospitality.
I again succumb to her magical charm and am ready to fulfill whatever she wishes.
I strain my legs, stomach, back, arms, face. Very very…
And now I relax my legs, back, arms, face...
Breathe easily, evenly, deeply...
The goldfish invites me to swim with her and feel all the charm of the gentle sea water. I couldn't even dream of such a surprise. My desire is so great that I can easily become a goldfish. I am her mirror image. Looking at the fish, I see myself in it. On my head I have the same golden crown with small white pearls along the edges, purple fins with gold specks. I can flap them like wings. I feel every fin perfectly. My wide orange tail with gold stripes helps me easily swim next to the goldfish, changing direction. Breathe easily, evenly, deeply
Sea kingdom
I approach the blue sea, and the goldfish is already waiting for me at the shore, joyfully circling. I become a mirror image of her, and we instantly sail away from the shore. If you look around, there is nothing but blue sky, gentle sun and cool sea water.
The naughty fish jumps out of the water, and I repeat all her movements after her. This is reminiscent of a kind of synchronized swimming. I strain my feet, calves, thighs, stomach, back, arms, neck. I rush on it into the depths of the sea. We are plunging into the sea kingdom. My face, arms, back, stomach, legs relax.
We are greeted warmly by the inhabitants of the sea. A noble dolphin swims majestically next to me. He protects me and I am not in any danger. A wave of absolute calm fills me from head to toe. (Pause.)
A sawfish swims above us. With its sharp “nose” it cuts through the water layers and helps us move forward. They are followed by a whole school of sea fish. Now they are already nearby and ready to communicate. I feel how happy they are to meet you.
I thank the goldfish for its hospitality and ask him to accompany me to the shore. The fish regrets that she did not have time to show me her amber castle, but I reassure her that our meeting is not the last. Sea fish surround us in a tight ring, saying goodbye to me. I feel an extraordinary surge of fresh strength... I breathe easily, evenly, deeply.
Meeting with the fish
I'm in a great mood today. Should I visit the goldfish again? Said and done. Here it is, the blue sea. What peace and quiet! It’s as if the sea doesn’t want to move, but is dozing in the rays of sunlight. Its surface sparkles under the rays of the sun. It reminds me of tiny diamonds scattered across a dark blue carpet. I feel at the height of bliss. How nice it is to just look into the blue of the sea and never cease to be amazed at its natural beauty!
I take a deep breath, exhale slowly. (Repeat this phrase 2 times. Pause.)
I look down and see a goldfish. She sensed that I was here and swam over.
My fabulous fish surprises me more and more every time we meet. And now I’m already swimming next to her and I want to learn to “dance” just like her. My silent goldfish doesn’t need to ask for anything and doesn’t need to explain anything to it. She understands me immediately and begins to rhythmically and masterfully jump out of the water, glowing in the air like a little sun. My magic fish either quickly swims away from me or suddenly appears nearby.
I tune in to the rhythm and tempo of her movements and feel a fresh and yet unknown surge of magical powers. Instantly I contract like a spring, my body tenses, and, piercing the curtain of water, I jump out of the sea water. For a few moments I feel like the sun and again, bending over, I plunge into the coolness of the sea. The whole body is relaxed. I feel the happiest in the whole wide world and am filled with love for my dear fish...
Take a deep breath. (Repeat this phrase 2 times.) Breathe easily, evenly, deeply.
In the meadow
Imagine a beautiful sunny summer day. You are in the middle of a wonderful meadow. The grass in the meadow is soft and green. You sit down in the grass. Touch it with your hands and feel its pleasant coolness. Now look up at the clear blue sky. You see large fluffy clouds floating across the sky. Try to find a cloud that looks like some kind of animal. A light breeze drives the clouds further and at the same time refreshes your face.
Now you lie down and stretch out on the grass. Take one deep, deep breath. Let your body become as soft and relaxed as that of a rag doll. (Take one obviously very deep breath yourself so that the children can follow your example.)
You are lying in the grass completely serene. Small children are playing not far from you. You can hear their laughter. Oh! Suddenly a little boy fell next to you. He hit his knee on a stone and cried. You jump up and run to him. You feel good because you can help someone else...
Help this boy get up. Examine his small wound. Tell him that the blood will stop flowing now. Put your hand on his shoulder... Look, the boy stops crying, he has almost completely calmed down. You feel good because the baby is feeling better... What else will you do to make him feel better? (Pause 30 seconds.)
Tell yourself: “I’m already big and can help others. I will help others, and when necessary, others will help me.”
Now you can say goodbye to your baby and return from the summer meadow back to class. Stretch a little, straighten up, move your fingers and toes. Exhale forcefully and open your eyes.
Waterfall
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and exhale...
Imagine that you are standing near a waterfall. But this is no ordinary waterfall. Instead of water, a soft white light falls down. Now imagine yourself under this waterfall and feel how this beautiful white light flows over your head... You feel how your forehead relaxes, then your mouth, how your neck muscles relax.
White light flows over your shoulders and the back of your head and helps them become soft and relaxed.
White light flows from your back, and you notice how the tension in your back disappears, and it also becomes soft and relaxed.
And the light flows through your chest, through your stomach. You feel how they relax, and you yourself, without any effort, can inhale and exhale deeper. This makes you feel very relaxed and pleasant.
Let the light also flow through your hands, through your palms, through your fingers. You notice how your arms and hands become softer and more relaxed. The light also flows through your legs, down to your feet. You feel that they too relax and become soft.
This amazing waterfall of white light flows around your entire body. You feel completely calm and serene, and with each inhalation and exhalation you relax more and more deeply and are filled with fresh strength... (Pause 30 seconds.)
Now thank this waterfall of light for relaxing you so wonderfully... Stretch a little, straighten up and open your eyes.
Your star
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and exhale...
Now imagine that a wonderful golden star hangs above your head. This is your star, it belongs to you and makes sure that you are happy. Imagine that you are illuminated from head to toe by the light of this star, the light of love and joy... Imagine also that this light permeates your entire body... Now successively put your hand first to your heart, then to your throat and forehead. Feel the golden light shining especially clearly in these places. Imagine that you, like your star, also emit rays of clear warm light in all directions and that this light goes to all the guys in this room... Think about everyone who is in this room, and send everyone a little of your light...
Now send some of your light to people who are not in this room: your family, friends, as well as relatives and acquaintances living in other cities...
Now listen to yourself. Do you sense any strong feelings that we are all sending to each other right now? (Pause 10 seconds.)
Keep these feelings in mind and turn to them in those cases when you are tired, or in a sad mood, or you just need fresh energy...
Now say goodbye to your star and mentally go back. When I count to three, you can open your eyes and be in this room again. One two Three…
The power of a smile
Take a deep, deep breath and hold your breath. Throw your head back, exhale forcefully, blowing the air as high as possible so that it reaches the ceiling... Repeat this again.
Take a deep breath... Hold the air... Throw your head back... Exhale forcefully, blowing the air to the ceiling...
Now breathe in again. And when you exhale now, try to smile. Feel how your lips stretch and how your cheek muscles tense when you smile...
Do it again and try to smile wider. Imagine that you see in front of you in the picture a beautiful sun, whose mouth spreads into a wide, friendly smile. (Repeat this step until you see a smile on all the children's faces.)
When you smile again now, feel how the smile goes into your hands, reaches your palms. You may notice a slight tingling sensation in your palms. Breathe and smile... And feel how your arms and hands are filled with the smiling power of the sun.
When you smile again, feel how your smile goes lower and lower and reaches your legs, to the very tips of your feet. Feel the warmth of the sun under the soles of your feet. You may notice your legs and feet begin to bounce slightly from this smiling solar force.
Feel the smile throughout your whole body. When you smile, you feel good from head to toe, you feel joy in all the cells of your body.
Now take a deep breath again and hold your breath for a moment. Imagine that there is a large golden ball in your chest. This is the real sun inside you, inside your heart. When you exhale now, let that sun smile. Take in more air again, hold your breath and feel how the sun inside you smiles broadly and friendly. And when you take a deep breath a couple more times and let the sun smile, you will be able to notice how calm, serene and joyful your soul has become. And you can then evoke this pleasant feeling in yourself, remembering the picture of the smiling sun.
Now stretch a little and straighten up. Open your eyes and find yourself in this room with us again.
Future predictor
Imagine that you are in a foreign city and walking along some small street. To your right and left there are beautiful old houses. A fortune teller lives in one of these houses. This is a special predictor. For many of those who turned to him, he predicted a good future, and they gained additional strength and determination to make their lives wonderful. You open the heavy oak door, and behind it you are greeted by a friendly-looking gray-haired old man. He invites you to follow him. In his office, shelves with old books catch your eye. On the table there is a deck of cards and a wonderful glowing crystal ball. A spotted black and white cat sleeps on the sofa. The wizard invites you to sit in a comfortable chair. He looks at you carefully. Then he says: “Close your eyes and I will tell you something good about your future life...” And after these words you fall asleep. You no longer know whether you are hearing the voice of the good old wizard, or watching your own dream. Images of your future life appear before you. Perhaps you see how and with whom you work, you see the people who work with you... Perhaps you see your future home and the people with whom you live... Spend some time looking in detail at individual images of your dream. From time to time you hear the friendly voice of a fortuneteller. You can make out individual phrases: “You are smart... We love you... You can do this...” These words help you watch your wonderful dream. (Pause 1 minute.)
Now you feel that it is time to say goodbye to the fortuneteller. You open your eyes and thank him for what you saw here. Perhaps you want to tell him something goodbye, perhaps he himself is telling you something. The wizard accompanies you to the door. You walk along the small street again and come back here to us. Stretch a little, straighten up and open your eyes.
