I buy milk from grandmothers in the market because it is difficult to find a completely natural product on the supermarket shelves. Thank God, neither grandmothers nor cows have died out in our country yet))). And, even if you live in a big city, I think you can find a trusted seller of good milk.
So - we figured out the milk))), it remains to cook milk porridge from it. With the advent of the multicooker, it has become a pleasure for me to cook any porridge in milk. Previously, you stand at the stove and guard it - it is worth turning away for a minute, and the porridge (as if waiting for this!) Has already “run away”. This will not happen with a slow cooker - your milk porridge will not go anywhere - it will cook in time and will wait until you remember it))).
To cook milk rice porridge in a slow cooker, you need:
- 2 multi-cups of rice;
- 6 multi-cups of milk;
- 3 art. spoons of sugar.
Cooking step by step:
If you want to cook this dish just for yourself, one multi-cup of rice is enough. This amount of porridge is enough for you even for several times. Well, for a large family, five people, you need to take 2 cups of cereal.
We take ordinary round rice - today it is the highlight of our program :).
Rinse it well under running water.
Do not wash the cereal directly in the multicooker pan. She scratches very easily!
Pour the rice into the slow cooker and add 6 multi cups of milk.
We put sugar in the porridge, you can have a little vanilla.
If you add 4-6 multi cups of milk to 1 cup of rice, the porridge will turn out to be more liquid, and if the same amount is to 2 cups of rice, the rice will absorb all the milk. Choose whichever you like best.
