We spread the vegetables in a large container - a saucepan, a salad bowl. Add spices - salt, a mixture of peppers, dried basil. We pass the garlic through a press and also spread it to the vegetables. Let's not forget the sour cream.
Mix and put in a baking dish, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
We cover the form with foil and send it to the oven, heated to 220 degrees, for 40 minutes.
Then we take out the form, remove the foil and put the form in the oven again, already for 10 minutes. We need the potatoes in the oven with zucchini to be slightly browned.
